All domestic orders are eligible for FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail fully insured with signature required. All orders will be promptly shipped (24-48hours) upon confirmation of the purchaser’s funds.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our standards are excellent craftsmanship. Meeting our customer expectations is what Niani thrives for. In case you need to return or exchange your jewelry, we're here to help!
You can return your product for a store credit. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted and specials items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased in order for the customer to receive credit.
To initiate a return* for exchange send us an email.
* Remember that return-exchanges are valid only within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase.

It will take 3 business days (72 hours) to ship your replacement choice after reception and acceptance of the returned jewelry.

The customer might incur a restocking fee if something is missing from the original package of the jewelry.

Please note Niani will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns so for your own benefit please ship us back your purchase insured and traceable.
REPAIRS
If any repairs or modifications of our jewelry are needed we will accommodate you as soon as possible. Proof of purchase is required for all repairs or adjustments.
All repair costs, with the exception of the related customer shipping and handling costs to and from Niani, will be fully covered by the company within 6 months of the purchase date. After six months, all repair costs or adjustments must be mutually agreed to between the customer and Niani before starting the repair.
Most repairs are typically completed within 2-3 weeks. However, depending on the type of repair we might need more time.
